It is that time of year again--time to roll the clocks back. Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend. On Sunday, the clocks will fall back an hour at 1am, giving us an extra glorious hour of sleep--and an extra hour of daylight. National Geographic has come up with some of the things that you may not have known about the tradition, including its' potential health side effects and the U.S. states that do not participate.
