Study Reveals Just How Bad Sleep Deprivation Is For You

Just in case you were wondering if it is really a big deal that you're not getting a full night's sleep, the answer is still yes. A new study finds that getting less than 6 hours of sleep a night is just as bad as binge drinking. While we know that lack of sleep can have effects on how mentally sharp you are, as well as some other short term side effects, the new study from health company Medisys found that it can also have long term, cumulative effects on your health & well being, including a higher risk of things like heart attacks, strokes, obesity & depression.
