According to Inc. , a new survey from Leesman, a company that collects workplace data, got input from more than 250,000 people about what the top 10 most important physical and service-related features are in their workplace.

  3. Tea, coffee, and other refreshments
  4. A clean facility
  5. Temperature control
  6. Small meeting rooms for a break from the uber popular open office layout
  7. Restroom privacy
  8. Equipment that works, particularly things like printers & copiers
  9. Natural light
  10. Access to restaurant/snack bar close by
